Personal Data We Process

Depending on how you use this website, we may process technical information required to deliver and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser and device information, date and time of access, pages viewed and referrer information. We may also process information you provide through the contact form, such as your name, email address and message, as well as information required to arrange or manage a meeting through our booking provider. Information generated through analytics tools is processed only after you have given the relevant consent. Please do not submit sensitive or confidential information through the contact form.

Purposes and Legal Bases

We process personal data to operate, display and secure the website, respond to contact requests, arrange and manage meetings, comply with legal obligations and analyse and improve the website where you have given consent. Where the GDPR applies, processing is based, as applicable, on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual steps, Article 6(1)(c) GDPR for legal obligations, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, or Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for analytics consent. Under Swiss data protection law, processing is carried out in accordance with the applicable principles and transparency requirements.

Hosting and Infrastructure

This website is built and hosted using Framer. Framer and its infrastructure providers may process technical data required to deliver, secure and maintain the website. Before publication, minley GmbH will confirm the relevant Framer contracting entity, processing locations and applicable contractual safeguards.

Contact Form

If you contact us through the form, we process the information you provide solely to handle and respond to your request. The form is limited to the following fields: name, email address and message. We do not request information that is not necessary to respond to your request. Contact data is retained only for as long as necessary to handle the request and any related follow-up, and thereafter for no longer than required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

MEETING BOOKINGS

If you arrange or attend a meeting using our Google Meet integration, Google may process information required to organise and conduct the meeting. This may include your name, email address, meeting details and technical information required to provide the service. Google processes this information in accordance with its own privacy policy. Please review Google’s privacy information before arranging or joining a meeting. The relevant Google service, processing locations, retention periods and applicable transfer safeguards must be verified before publication.

ANALYTICS AND CONSENT

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics is used only after you have given prior, informed and specific consent through the website’s consent mechanism. Without consent, Google Analytics and other non-essential tracking technologies must not be loaded, initialised or used. Analytics events may include page views, scrolls, outbound link clicks, downloads, searches, video interactions and form interactions. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the privacy or cookie settings available on the website. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies required for security, basic functionality and consent management. Analytics, marketing and other non-essential cookies or technologies are used only after the relevant consent has been provided. The website must provide an accessible way to reject or withdraw non-essential cookies. Browser settings alone do not replace the website’s consent and withdrawal mechanism.

RECIPIENTS AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Personal data may be disclosed to service providers that process data on our behalf, including hosting, infrastructure, booking and analytics providers. Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, minley GmbH relies on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. The relevant destinations, providers and safeguards will be reviewed and kept up to date according to the services actually enabled on the website.

DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. The actual retention periods for contact requests, booking data, server logs and analytics data must be documented and kept consistent with the settings of the relevant providers.

DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. The website must be served over HTTPS. Personal data must not be transmitted through unsecured connections, placed in URLs or unnecessarily included in analytics events, logs or error messages.

YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, request restriction of processing, object to certain processing, request data portability where applicable and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@minley.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). If the GDPR applies, you may contact the supervisory authority in your country or place of residence.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when our processing activities, service providers or legal obligations change. The current version will always be made available on this page.
